We found this restaurant amongst Beijing's Hutong (small narrow alleyways). The translations were hilarious and I could have photographed the entire menu. The food was fantastic however - and very well priced!
Pictures of the great wall at Jinshanling. We met up with a fellow Kiwi (Alicia) who is also doing the trans-mongolian (however she departed a few days earlier than us). It was an absolutely stunning day without a cloud in the sky - although the hiking was tough work!
